RNE Network.

In a landmark move, the BCCI approved a uniform pay structure for women’s domestic cricket.

Senior players in the playing XI will now earn ₹50,000 per day, with reserves receiving ₹25,000. For T20s, the fees stand at ₹25,000 and ₹12,500, respectively. Junior cricketers also benefit, with ₹25,000 for the playing XI and ₹12,500 for reserves in longer formats. The hike aims to attract more talent and strengthen women’s cricket, though pay gaps with men’s domestic players remain.
