Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday addressed the Legislative Assembly at the commencement of the Budget Session, calling it an opportunity to review achievements, reflect on the democratic journey, and chart a roadmap for Jammu and Kashmir’s future.
The lieutenant governor said the session reaffirmed the government’s commitment to fulfilling the aspirations of the people and acknowledged the role of farmers, workers, artisans, youth, women, entrepreneurs, educators, healthcare professionals, security personnel, and public servants in the region’s progress.
