Talks held over the past three days in Florida brought together U.S., European, and Ukrainian officials to discuss ways to end the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff described the meetings, as well as separate discussions with Russian negotiators, as productive and focused on a “shared strategic approach between Ukraine, the United States, and Europe.”

The Miami meetings were the latest in a series of talks involving the U.S., Russia, and Ukraine on a U.S.-drafted 20-point plan aimed at resolving the conflict.

Witkoff said the U.S.-Ukraine discussions centered on four key areas: further development of the 20-point plan, a multilateral security guarantee framework, a U.S. security guarantee framework for Ukraine, and advancing economic measures to rebuild the country.
